Microsoft says Azure affected after cables cut in the Red Sea

Microsoft said on Saturday that the AZURUD Cloud platform may suffer from an increased transition time after cutting off the multiple under the sea in the Red Sea, As stated in Bloomberg.

In updating the case, the company said that the traffic that passes in the Middle East or ends in Asia or Europe was affected. He did not say who cut the cables or why.

The case update said: “Fiberial cuts under the surface of the sea can take some time to fix them, in this way, we will constantly monitor and restore balance and improve guidance to reduce the effect of customers in the meantime.”

By Saturday evening, Microsoft said it no longer discovers any problems with Azure.
